Excellent location!!! Beautiful corner 1 bedroom on a high floor. Very spacious and great layout. Could live there indefinitely!

The location is excellent!! So many good restaurants and shopping are just right there and most of them are connected underground, even the subway station.All the staffs are super kind. Room is very spacious and very clean.
Desk chairs in some rooms were uncomfortable for me.
Big suites, great bathrooms, large windows provide plenty of light, fully equipped kitchen, excellent staff including a fantastic housekeeping team, very good on site restaurants, convenience of being connected to Coex mall and Hyundai mall, good gym. I stayed for two weeks and it felt like home. Would definitely stay there again.

Fixtures are rather dark and a little outdated so it is a little gloomy. Every request like blanket etc costs money and cleaning dishes and separating trashes are guests’s responsibility. It felt hotel is very stingy.
Loved the location. Its conveniently located in Kangnam. There is a whole shopping area underneath the hotel and subway lines are there as well. Service at the hotel is top class. The workers are professional, prompt, clean, and friendly. I think all hotels should learn from Oakwood.
